Terms of Use

• Photsy is paid from the first launch. There is no free trial or free version: the app opens to an activation window and needs a license key to run.
• Photsy is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. Your license lasts for life and includes updates.
• Each license works on the number of Macs you bought it for (1 or 3). To move it, choose Deactivate on This Mac in Settings, then activate it on another Mac.
• The license is for you. Please don't share, resell or try to get around it.

Photsy is sold by Priyanshu Tiwari. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, which also handles taxes and refunds. After you pay, Dodo Payments emails you your license key.

You can get a full refund within 14 days of purchase. See the refund policy for how. If something else isn't right with your purchase, email support@photsy.app.

Photsy indexes your files where they are. It only renames or moves them when you turn that on, and deleting only ever moves files to the Trash. Every change is recorded and can be undone. Photsy never changes your Photos library. You are still responsible for reviewing what you trash and for keeping backups.

Photsy is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for lost data, arising from your use of Photsy.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
